Bingham, Osborn & Scarborough (BOS) is a wealth management firm located in San Francisco. Brand Design created the company’s first principal marketing brochure — an ambitious, multipage, high-end endeavor. Some years later, BOS approached us to redo the brochure. The principals wanted a piece that more clearly differentiated Bingham, Osborn & Scarborough by philosophy and capability. They believed that BOS had something truly unique to offer prospective clients. And they were willing to sit down for eight hours of in-depth interviews to help us understand what it was. The result was a marketing communication that absolutely captures the essence of the firm.
